Congratulations WBL 13AAA Travelling!

The White Bear 13AAA travelling baseball team won the Gopher State Tier II Championship, 16-4 over the Buffalo Bison Wed July 21. This capped a season with a real big finish.

Congratulations to 14/15 A Black

Congratulations to the WBL 14/15A Black for completing an undefeated season.  The won the NSBL (North Suburban Baseball League) season with a 13 -0 - 1 record and then finished off a great year with the Playoff Championship.

Team members include: Nate Grandahl, John Hagen, Derek Hanson, Matt Hoffman, Drew Kaphing, Jeremy Lagos, Tony Langer, Aaron Larson, Trevor Nelson, Aaron Roeser, Dalton Schultz, Eric Scott, Austin Struntz, and Johnathan Tauer.

Coaches are: Ron Hoffman, Mike Langer, and Steve Tauer.  Team Manager is Greg Scott.
 

CONGRATULATIONS BOYS - 5TH PLACE IN THE MYAS TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS !!

It was a great weekend in Eden Prairie participating in the 11AAA Tournament of Champions in a field of 32 teams.  A great run, ending with a tough loss to the MBT State Champions Wayzata.  Great effort and a great way to cap off the season, you should all be very proud !!

Playoff Winners for in-house program

Congraulations to the playoff winners for our in-house program.

Winning the 9/10 year old league and representing White Bear Lake Baseball in the State Rec 10U Tournament are the Tigers coached by Vince Rivard. Twins took second place, Orioles finished in third and the Dodgers won consolation.

Winning the 11/12 year old league and representing White Bear Lake Baseball in the State Rec 12U Tournament are the Yankees coached by Darrick Niccum. Red Sox finished in second, the Giants took third place

Best of luck both teams at state.

WBBA Fun Day July 17th

All WBBA in-house teams play this Saturday in the WBBA Fun Day. We wrap up the playoffs for the 9/10 year old and 11/12 year old leagues, and determine who represents WBBA in the State Rec League

So stop by Otter Lake School and cheer on the players from White Bear Lake Baseball Association.

With the Saints Game rapidly approaching I am pleased to announce the team winners for fundraiser event. Note card counts are reported in cards sold for the organization, does not include free cards.

 

1st Place 11-12 Giants having sold 160 cards.

2nd Place 9-10 Red Sox having sold 79 cards.

3rd Place 7-8 Indians having sold  72 cards.

We are about nearly complete with 75% of the teams turned in. Individual winners will be named 2 weeks from now so please get the remainder of the cards turned in.
